Similar to our association partners, we have a cancellation policy for training and scheduled consulting sessions. We have this policy in place since training holds time on our calendars, blocking availability for other association partners to book. With limited notice, we’re unable to transfer that time to other organizations.

Training must be rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled commencement. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded or re-scheduled.

For the sake of clarity, this policy does also apply to training or consulting credits that are included with an association's onboarding. Makeup sessions will incur a charge.
