With Novi's Homepage Settings modal, updating your website's homepage is quick and simple. Here is a breakdown of how to add/edit content to each section.
"Top Featured" Section
This section allows you to highlight events and news articles that you've added to your website.
To add an event or news article, go to your homepage and click on the Homepage Settings box.
Next add any content you want displayed in this section. If you are using the carousel option, you may find this information handy.
You can also remove any content that you no longer wish to highlight and re-order content by dragging and dropping them in the order you want.
Like the Top Featured section, the Slider section allows you to highlight events and news articles that you've added to your website. You can show up to three pieces of content at a time. If four of more events/articles are added, sliding scroll arrows will appear so that your members can scroll through the additional content.
To edit the slider section, go to your homepage and click on the Homepage Settings box.
Next, scroll down to the Slider section of the modal. Then, follow the same instructions above for Top Featured. Don't forget to Save & Close!
While this area may be titled the sponsors section, you can use it to showcase any members or companies for other reasons, such as member of the month or award winners.
To edit this section, go to homepage settings and scroll down to the sponsors section. Start typing in the name of an individual or company record. Note, this will pull that record and the existing image for that record. To change the image, go to that record's details tab in the admin and update there. Changes will be reflected in real-time.
