The Novi AMS team uses our QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) access to provide ongoing support to you and your team. This access is granted when an organization's QuickBooks admin invites Novi as an accountant user.

Novi Support

Quite often, the Novi support team receives requests for support that require us to access your QuickBooks file in order to evaluate and assist. This applies to any issues that bridge into QuickBooks. These requests require that our team have access to your QuickBooks file.

Please note that this does not include support requests outside of the Novi realm, i.e. pertaining to specific QuickBooks Online functionality/set-up or accounting practices.

QuickBooks Online Accountant

Intuit provides us, as QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors, a tool called "QuickBooks Online Accountant," often referred to as "QBOA." This portal gives us a secure, fully logged method of accessing your QuickBooks company file.

Your Decision

Ultimately the decision is up to you if you want to keep our team on the account as an accountant user, but without that access we will not be able to provide full support if a certain question or scenario requires a review of anything in QuickBooks Online.

When you're ready to grant QBOA access to Novi AMS, this article will show you the steps!
