Today we chatted about QuickBook Advanced, exploring some of the reasons why you might want to upgrade... and reasons why you might not.  We discussed separation of duties within accounting tasks and how this no longer automatically means "only so and so can be in QuickBooks" now that QuickBooks Online makes it so easy to lock down certain information or tasks.  The group also shared some thoughts on how best to find unsent/unprinted transactions and discussed Novi's feature which allows admins to set a limit on the total invoice amount that can be paid with a credit card.
