Our most recent updates introduced the new Auto Pay feature...now you can take it a step further! We've added the ability for you to incentivize members to utilize this option by offering a discount to members who opt-in (on their next renewal)!

Setting up the discount is simple. All you'll need to do is set up a dues rule on each of your member types, similar to this - note the negative dollar amount:

If you utilize this discount, don't forget to advertise it to your members! The join page is a great place to do this - just make it clear that it doesn't apply to new memberships or when paying a pre-existing renewal (since auto-pay hasn't been turned on yet at that point), only subsequent renewals.

We've got a new custom field option for admins! If you have a custom field that is set up as a "Set of Options" field type and you have a lot of dropdown options to add to the list at once, check out this article for more info on how you can upload them without manually inputting each one.

We've added more stringent filtering surrounding messages that are sent via contact forms on the website (Member Contact Form & Contact Us) to prevent messages including profanity/vulgar language from ever being sent, in addition to more logging on our end.

*Please note - if you are showing your members' actual email addresses in the directory and not using the member contact form, this update would still not prevent a bad actor from manually sending someone a spammy message outside of the website.

Even more data at your fingertips! Now you can add a column for Shipping Address to your main member's list. Previously, only a Billing Address column was available.

If your association has individual member types, we've made a small update to the Staff tab on a company's record - you can now quickly see a person's member type! A small, but mighty update for society & hybrid organizations.
