Novi's Smart Renewal Notices are a perfect opportunity to show off the benefits of membership with your organization, while also encouraging members to pay their renewal dues. Admins can edit the email subject and body, use merge fields, and even send a sample email to themselves! The number of customizable emails on each Member Type depends on the auto-renewal settings.
