Save time working in Novi by utilizing the Quick Create and Recently Viewed buttons at the top center of your admin.
No matter where you navigate to in the Novi admin, these two options are always available as shortcuts to common tasks and records you've recently visited.

Quick Create
Clicking on the plus sign (+) at the top center of your Novi admin will open a menu of Quick Create options.
Note: The plus sign will spin and become an X when the menu is open, click the X to close the menu again.
Using the Quick Create menu, you can create the following no matter where you are in the Novi admin:
Payments
Company records
Individual records
Orders
Activities (for a record's Activity Timeline)
Events
Blog Articles
Products
Static Pages
Recently Viewed
Clicking on the clock icon will open a list of the things you've viewed most recently in your Novi admin, giving you easier access to the things you're working on! This includes:
Company records
Individual records
Events
Blog articles
Products
Click on any item in the list to re-open.
Visit more records in Novi to see how the message in your recently viewed list changes. How many records have you visited today?
