Connect with your members easier than ever by downloading a member vCard - a file format for virtual business cards. With just a few clicks, your members' contact information will be directly entered into your email contact list.
As an admin user, all you need to do to save the contact information is head to the specific record detail page and click the vCard button next to the member's name, as shown below.
From here, you'll notice that the vCard has been downloaded to your computer, shown below. Please note that where your download appears will vary per computer and browser.
Once you open the downloaded file, the contact information will automatically upload to your email contacts, shown here in Outlook.
On Macs, you can also add the member to your contact lists, which, if synced with iCloud, will go straight to your phone!
