Novi can automatically remind event attendees that they are registered for an upcoming event and send them the following details:
Event Name
Location (physical or website URL)
Date & Time
Add to Calendar
Ticket Specific Information for Each Attendee (if multiple were purchased together)
QR Codes for easy check-in
Cancellation Policy
Email reminders are also sent to the purchaser of event tickets as well as attendees.
To set this up:
Go to the event and select the Settings tab.
Enter the number of days prior to the event you want the attendees to receive the reminder.
Click Save.
NOTE: These reminder emails are sent out at 1:00 PM EST. Therefore, please use caution in choosing when email reminders get sent out. If you choose to set the reminder at "0" days (day of event), some attendees may not receive the email in time.
