Troubleshooting: Custom Field Isn't Displaying on the Attendee List

If your custom field is displaying on the event registration, but NOT on the event's Attendee list, then you probably didn't set the visibility on the field for "Attendee List."

Once you add "Attendee List" to the custom field's visibility settings, it will show up on the appropriate tickets and events.
