Introducing.. Multi-factor Authentication!
Safety and security are top priorities when it comes to protecting your website's data and information. To add an extra layer of protection, we've added added Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)!
What is MFA?
MFA is when you use two or more authenticating factors to verify your identify while logging in to a platform. You may have used it before for your online banking, Google accounts, social media, etc.
Having MFA adds an additional level of protection to the sign-in process for admins and users. You now have the option to offer this extra security measure using an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator), a text message, or both!
Who Can Use MFA?
MFA is available to both admins and users. Admins will be prompted at login. Users can set up MFA in their Member Compass if they'd like to add this additional level of protection. Admins can also be required to set up MFA for their account.
Connect Activity Timeline Engagement to Novi Groups
Novi has released new functionality that utilizes the Activity Timeline to allow you to create Novi Groups based on members' level of engagement! This pulls from activity-based date conditions recorded by admin staff.
The Activity Timeline allows admin staff to internally record various engagement activities outside of those captured natively by Novi.
Example below of admin view to Add Activity to a member record.
Now, admins can connect these activities to Novi Groups to engage with members based on the Activity Timeline data.
