You may notice in your member type settings that calendar renewal expiration dates are locked down. This is automatically done by the Novi software after you set up your member type settings if you select calendar renewals.

The Novi team did this to prevent manual changes from being made to the expiration dates. Check out the message that's shown below the renewal section in the member type settings:

We locked this down since changing renewal expiration dates manually may cause the system to be impacted in a negative way and we want to make sure your database maintains the best setup possible.

You will need to contact us to change the dates so that we can review your database and make sure the system updates correctly when a calendar expiration date is changed.
