We heard great ideas on targeting communication by things like member roles, event attendance, and more. From there, we looked at using reporting tools and condition builders in MailChimp and Constant Contact to target emails to people who: have or have not read or clicked on a previous campaign, haven't registered for an event, etc. We also dove into using some of the platforms' automation tools to auto-send emails and looked at how signup forms affect lists.
