Survey Platforms commonly used by our customers:
Questions that can achieve qualitative responses:
What was one good thing that you got out of the [meeting/event/program]?
Did you think this program was a good use of your time?
What [program/service] would you like us to offer?
What other questions should we have asked in this survey?
Tips for getting responses:
For a post-program survey, keep it short: 3-5 questions.
Consider holding the presentation materials or other content until people fill out the survey.
Offer incentives for respondents - enter them for a gift card drawing, etc.
Consider surveying during the program/event for real-time feedback.
This varied widely by the organization. Some only survey 2-3 times a year, others survey after every program.
