Admin User Preferences

Set default tabs, manage your admin login, and more!

Manage your admin preferences directly from the backend! To get started, navigate to the righthand settings gear icon > Settings > User Preferences:

On the User Preferences page, several settings will appear that are specific to you and will not affect other admins - see below for details:

Default Pages

Default Admin Landing Page

This setting controls where you'll be taken each time you navigate to the backend, from the frontend.

Choose from:

  • Members - the main members list

  • Accounting - the Transactions list

  • Novi Pay - the Charges list (for Novi Pay users only)

  • Site Content - the Folders & Pages section

  • Events - the main events list

  • Ecommerce - the Ecommerce orders list

Default Member Tab

This setting controls which tab you'll be taken to first when navigating to any member record.

Choose from:

  • Timeline

  • Accounting

  • Engagement

  • Family Tree

  • Details

  • Files

  • Settings

Security

In the Security area, see and manage your admin login details such as your login email, your password, and your multi-factor authentication settings.
