Is there a Facebook embed on your website that isn't showing? The likely culprit has to do with a Facebook page's privacy settings.

What to do if it's your association's page?

According to Facebook, the issue is most likely due to age or country restrictions and they recommend doing the following:

  1. Log into your account and go to your Page.

  2. Click Settings at the top of your Page.

  3. From General, click Country Restrictions, then click x next to any listed countries and click Save Changes.

  4. Click Age Restrictions, select Anyone (13+) and click Save Changes.

What to do if it's a member's page?

Novi allows your members to input their Facebook URL and display it on their member profile page in the directory. If their page is not displaying, please let them know that, in order for that to show, they will need to edit their restrictions. This can be done the same way as above by completing the following steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to your Page.

  2. Click Settings at the top of your Page.

  3. From General, click Country Restrictions, then click x next to any listed countries and click Save Changes.

  4. Click Age Restrictions, select Anyone (13+) and click Save Changes.
