What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

SSO permits someone to use one set of login credentials to access multiple applications.

How does this work in Novi and Web Scribble?

The Novi <> Web Scribble SSO allows your members to use the same login and password that they created in Novi, to also log in to Web Scribble.

How do I set up this SSO?

Web Scribble will need a few details from you:

  1. Your Novi/Home Site URL

    1. If you are onboarding they will need your staging website URL

    2. If you are already launched, this is your domain name.

  2. User Account - You will want to provide this for testing purposes. You can create this the same way you would add a new user in Novi.
