In this week's roundtable, we explored some excellent tools in Google Analytics specifically for associations. We also discussed how associations using Novi can effectively utilize these tools.

For example, did you know that you can track where visitors come from when they visit your site? Analytics tools can show you if they clicked to your site from Facebook, a web search, or another website.

Important: In July 2023, Google stopped tracking UA numbers for analytics.

If your Google Measurement ID begins with UA-, you still have a Universal Analytics property and Google Analytics has stopped tracking your analytic data.

To continue tracking activity on your Novi site, a GA4 property number is needed instead of a UA.

Extra tip:
Your site doesn't track analytics on the backend/admin side of the site, but admin views do count on the frontend. However, note that you can exclude IP addresses from your stats!
