It is possible that due to a one-time data hiccup, credit card charges could be present inside of your QuickBooks Payments Merchant Center yet not be present inside of your actual QuickBooks (or Novi AMS) account.

If this is the case, simply create the sales receipt inside of QuickBooks.  Just make sure that you uncheck the "charge credit card button."
