🥰 Users Without Management Access Can Initiate Joins on Behalf of Their Company

Users under a company can initiate joins from the Member Compass without having management access over the company. Users who initiate the join are granted management access. Note: users cannot have their own membership type to initiate the join for the company.

🔔 Daily Digest Alerts for Upcoming Calendar-Based Auto-Renewals

Novi's Daily Digest offers important updates on your site’s activities, including reminders 14 days and 3 days before calendar-based auto-renewals run. This gives admins ample time to review dues rules, renewal emails, and invoice messaging. We recommend adding several staff members to the Daily Digest email list.
