Learn how to send custom emails to event attendees.

When a person registers for an event, Novi will automatically send an event confirmation email. The messages on these emails can be customized by ticket type.

To email all attendees currently registered, attendees can be synced directly to Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

To link an event to Mailchimp or Constant Contact, go to the Settings tab of the event. From there, under Integrations, create a Mailchimp or Constant Contact list using the toggle. An optional checkbox is also provided if an admin would like the event attendee list to automatically stop syncing 30 days after the event.

The sync to Mailchimp or Constant Contact allows admins to create a unique message to send to the recipients.


A Note for Events with a Private Link

If an event's location is set to Virtual with a Private Virtual Link, download the Attendee list to a CSV file and include each attendee's unique URL in a mail/email merge.
