Add an additional field for "Country" under the Contact Information section of a record by toggling "Show Country" to "on." This is shown in the screenshot below.

If you have numerous international members, you also have the option to make the country field appear by default on all of your records. Reach out to us if you want to go with that option since this is a setting only the Novi team can update for you.
