When QuickBooks Payments is first set up, two new payment methods should be created inside of your account. To function properly, Novi AMS expects that they exist.
QuickBooks Payments-Bank
QuickBooks Payments-Credit Card
We have found an instance when those payment methods are not present. In this case, if a user attempts to charge a credit card and those payment methods are missing, the system will display an "object error." Please note, the credit card charge will go through.
