When You Should Use This:

  • Someone requests a copy of the confirmation email

  • An admin updated the event details

  • An admin updated the ticket confirmation details

  • An admin changed the attendee on a registration

  • An admin wants to send a reminder email at a specific time without using MailChimp or Constant Contact

AE Tip™: For Novi to automatically send attendees a reminder email "X" days prior to an event, set this up under the event's Settings tab.

Manually Resend Event Confirmation Email

At the time an event registration is submitted, a full confirmation email is sent to the Purchaser and Attendee(s). To manually send another event confirmation email, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the event on the backend, and go to the Attendees tab.

  2. Select Attendees

    1. If only needing to resend the details to specific attendees - Select the attendees by checking the boxes in the far left column.

    2. If sending the email to ALL attendees - Select the very first checkbox in the top-left corner to select all.

  3. After choosing which registrations will be included in the email, click the Batch Actions drop-down.

  4. Select Send Confirmation Email.

The confirmation email will be sent to the selected Attendee(s). The send status displays in the message bar above the attendee list.

Please Note:

  • The confirmation email will include only the selected attendee's information, even if they were registered with others.

  • If any attendee information has been updated since their original registration, that information will be reflected in the confirmation email.

  • Canceled attendees will not be included in the confirmation email.

  • This confirmation email is standard/universal, based on the event details and registration information, and cannot be edited.

  • The confirmation email will always reflect the most up-to-date info on the event - such as location, time, etc. at the time of re-sending the confirmation.

  • If there are more than 50 attendees, an option to 'select all' displays to include all attendees, not just the ones visible and checked on the current view of results.
