Novi can automatically remind event attendees that they are registered for an upcoming event and send them the following details:
Event Name
Location (physical address or website URL)
Date & Time
Add to Calendar
QR codes for easy check-in (if applicable)
Private virtual links (if applicable)
To set this up:
Go to the event and select the Settings tab under the Event Emails section.
Enter the number of days prior to the event when attendees should receive the reminder.
Click Save.
These reminder emails are sent out at 1:00 PM EST. Therefore, please use caution in choosing when email reminders get sent out. When setting the reminder at "0" days (day of event), some attendees may not receive the email in time. Leaving the box blank will indicate no reminder email should be sent.

Admins can also send a more customized event reminder via integrations with Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Admins can view sent emails in the Transactional Email Log.
