๐ŸŒŸ In the Spotlight ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿ“ธ Headshots Now Supported in Census Fields

The Headshot/Photo member field is now available for Census! You can request updated headshots for people and company logos within your Census, making it easier than ever to keep profiles personalized and up to date across directories and other areas of your site. These new image fields also include convenient clickable links in the Census field list view, so you can quickly open and preview member uploads.

๐ŸŒŸ Feature Primary Contacts on Company Profiles

You can now highlight Primary Contacts directly on company profile pages in your

directories! This makes it easy to showcase primary contact information with or

without showing a full staff list.

To display Primary Contacts, go to your Directory Settings and toggle on the new

Primary Contact display option. When enabled, a new Primary Contact section will

show in the company profiles and include a link to that contact's personal profile.

๐Ÿ—’๏ธ Expanded Data in Member Types List View

See important membership data at a glance right from your Member Types list view! From the backend of your site, head to Members > Member Settings > Member Types to open your list. Then, use the Settings cog in the top-right corner to add helpful columns like member counts, category, key renewal dates, and more for quick, customizable insights into your membership structure.

๐Ÿ’Œ Quick Email Launch from Member List Views

Save time connecting with your members! You can now start an email directly from your list views with a single click. Email addresses are now hyperlinked across the admin โ€“ including in your Members list, Groups, Transactions list, and more. Clicking an email address will open your default email client with the recipient pre-filled, making it easier to reach out when needed.

โš ๏ธ Prevent Accidental Deletion of NPS Groups with New Warning

Weโ€™ve added an extra safeguard to help protect your data. When attempting to delete a group that's being used for an NPS survey, youโ€™ll now see a confirmation warning to ensure you donโ€™t remove important records by mistake. This added step keeps your group data secure and helps prevent unintended deletions.
