Novi can automatically remind your event attendees that they are registered for an upcoming event and send them the basic details:

  • Event Name

  • Location (physical or website URL)

  • Date & Time

To set this up:

  1. Go to the event and select the Settings tab.

  2. Enter the number of days prior to the event you want the attendees to receive the reminder.

  3. Click Save!

NOTE: These reminder emails are sent out at 12PM EST. Therefore, please use caution in choosing when email reminders get sent out. If you choose to set the reminder at "0" days, some attendees may not receive the email in time.
