How Novi can automatically remind your event attendees that they've registered for an event.

Novi can automatically remind event attendees that they are registered for an upcoming event and send them the following details:

Automated Pre-Event Reminder

To set up an automated pre-event reminder:

  1. Head to your event and scroll to the Event Emails section under the Settings tab.

  2. Check the box Send attendees an automated pre-event reminder and select the time and date when attendees should receive the reminder.

  3. Click Save.

Email reminders must be sent more than 30 minutes prior to the event time.


"Your Virtual Event is Starting" Email and Pop-up Alert

To set up a reminder for attendees that a private or public virtual event is starting:

  1. Go to the event and select the Settings tab under the Event Emails section.

  2. Check the box Send "Your virtual event is starting" email & pop-up alert to attendees.

  3. Click Save.

Virtual event mail reminders are sent 15 minutes before the event, and a pop-up alert appears on the site for users within 15 minutes of the event start time. This setting cannot be turned on within an hour of the event.

Admins can also send a more customized event reminder via integrations with Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

Admins can view sent emails in the Transactional Email Log.
