Continuing Education Update
๐Add Custom Verbiage to Continuing Education Credits & Report
Admins can share information into the footer of credit reports and the Continuing Education Report by utilizing the functionality of the content editor via the Continuing Education tab in Association Settings. This allows the association to reinforce the validity of the report and provide any necessary information on the report beyond credits.

Event Updates
๐๏ธ Future Event Registration Information Updated When Profile is Updated
If profile information is updated after a person was registered for an upcoming event, the event registration fields will now automatically update to match the updated profile fields (as long as the event fields weren't changed during registration)!
This allows event data to be as up-to-date as possible.

For example, say a member's job title was Assistant Director on their profile at the time of registering for an event; if the profile's job title field is updated to Director, the future event registration will update from Assistant Director to Director.
Below is an example of an event registration before the record was updated with a new phone extension, new email, and new title, and the event registration after the record was updated.

๐ฒ Multi-Seat Tickets Break Down Pricing Across Attendee List & Event Reports
When an event ticket has multiple attendee seats, the Attendee screen and reports break down the ticket cost per attendee. In the example below, the ticket was $500 with 4 attendee seats. Per attendee, the $500 ticket cost was $125 per attendee. At a glance, admins can review data easily!

๐ Event Filter Dropdown Time Periods for Quick Searches
The Events filter button now has pre-populated time periods users can select from to quickly locate an event, or the Date From/Date To filter options can be used for specific dates.

๐ค Event Title Character Limit Increased from 75 to 255
The event title character allowance has been increased to allow for additional information to be highlighted prominently in the event.
Longer titles are truncated on the frontend to ensure styling integrity is maintained.

Functionality Updates
โ Add Person and Company at the Same Time in Add Modal
When adding a new person to your Novi database, admins now have the option to add a new company record at the same time.
If an admin opts to add a company at the same time, further down within the modal, the modal will display fields related to the new company:

๐จ Important Notes:
The new Add Person/Add Company backend modal displays fields that have been marked as Key Information or marked as Required on Backend by default, reflecting the fields shown to frontend users at join or when creating accounts, or required of admins.
Admins can set specific fields that are not Key Information to be visible on the Add modal by marking it to show in the new "Admin Create" column. See the Learn More article link below for more details.

โ๏ธ Edit Restricted Page Messaging on Frontend with Content Editor
Utilizing the content editor on the frontend, admins can edit the Restricted Content to create engage content reflective of the association's goals. A quick link to the Restricted Content page is provided in Association Settings under the Static Content tab.

๐ Create Follow-up Tasks on Custom Activity Tasks
Custom Activity Types can be designated as tasks, and now they can be set to instantly open a Follow-up task once the original task has been completed - a great way to ensure admins set follow-ups when needed!

๐ Choose Logo to Display on NPS Survey
The NPS Survey backgrounds are white so admins can select if either their Primary or Secondary logo should be used on NPS surveys to maintain branding preferences.

Group Updates
๐ฅณ Parent Fields Available in Novi Groups
Admins can utilize parent member and custom fields as conditions in groups to create robust, detailed segments that can be synced to Constant Contact and/or Mailchimp, lock down content and event tickets, create directories, and share reports!

๐ New Novi Group Conditions Added!
Has Special Offer
Create a group of those members who added a special offer for your membership...or who haven't yet! Note that the condition's name is Special Offer unless admins have renamed the field in Association Settings under the Membership tab. In this example, the Special Offer field was renamed to "Member-to-Member Discount."

Account Created Date
Create a group of members based on when their user account created in Novi - a great way to identify membership benefit holders first login and identify if they've recently logged in (and reach out to them via Constant Contact or Mailchimp to help re-engage if it's been a while since they logged in)! The conditions include both Specific Date and Days Ago options.

Membership Update
๐ฌ Send Pending Emails to Members Awaiting Approval
For member types set to require Admin Approval, admins can now opt to have Novi automatically send an email to pending members! This way, they know their information is being reviewed by the association for approval and you can give them details on what they should be doing or looking out for in the meantime.
